At Tomlinson's Feed, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion or accessory item, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unwashed condition.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
